Nicholas was born in British Columbia, raised in Newfoundland, and since 2009 has called the prairies (Alberta, Saskatchewan, and most recently Manitoba) home. He loves flat unending highways and the patchwork quilt of farmers’ fields seen from the sky. Nicholas comes from working in youth and children’s ministry and his education is in ministry and counselling. Nicholas and his wife Abby have a high-energy toddler for a daughter and have found parenting to be an avenue for spiritual growth. Nick and Abby enjoy woodworking, board games, doing projects around the house, and re-living their childhoods through Noelle.
