Working with our local churches and partners, we strive to offer events that fill the needs of leaders and parents as they navigate the faith journey of kids. We provide mid-week training sessions, parent engagement workshops, leader roundtable discussion and ministry focused events to rally more people to the work of discipling young people.

IN-PERSON AWANA BASICS

Training led by an Awana Field Team member that is approximately 2 hours long. This training gives new and seasoned leaders an overview of the Awana Ministry and teaches them how to lead using best practices. They’ll be introduced to new tips and techniques, participate in comprehensive discussions, and take part in fun, but thought-provoking activities that will help them gain confidence in their role as a leader.

VIRTUAL AWANA BASICS

Training offered via Zoom that is 1.5 hours in length. This training gives new and seasoned leaders an overview of the Awana Ministry and teaches them how to lead using best practices. They’ll be introduced to new tips and techniques that will help them gain confidence in their role as a leader.
