TRAINING
Awana creates engaging, high-energy environments where leaders walk alongside young people in their faith journey. It’s a place where kids feel they belong, understand and believe in God’s Word, and become lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.
Through interactive training and practical resources, Awana equips leaders to confidently share the Gospel and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and youth in their communities.
Awana Canada is committed to empowering leaders with role-specific training and a clear vision, helping them lead with confidence, purpose, and lasting influence.
Training for leaders serving in Awana ministries can be accessed either through a virtual session with an Awana Ministry Development Coordinator or in-person where a Ministry Development Coordinator will visit your team.
