Eric has dedicated more than 25 years to serving in the local church, including over 15 years in youth ministry and 10 years in Christian camping. He and his wife, Kerry, live in Komoka, Ontario, with their two children, Christian and Ava. Together, they share a deep passion for strengthening families and building meaningful community connections. Guided by their focus on Faith, Family, and Friends, they strive to help others encounter Jesus in an authentic and life-changing way.

Throughout his ministry journey, Eric has partnered with numerous ministries, non-profits, and businesses, helping them shape healthy cultures, develop strong teams, and create strategic plans for sustainable impact. His heart for leadership and discipleship has been a driving force behind everything he does.

Eric began serving with Awana Canada in 2013 as the Regional Director for Ontario. After developing the Ontario ministry and establishing a core leadership team, he was appointed Associate Director for Canada, where he focused on team development and national growth.

In 2020, the Board invited Eric to step into the role of Executive Director for Awana Canada. In this position, he provides national leadership and direction to the ministry while also serving as a member of the Global Vice Presidents team for Awana International—helping to bring focus, resources, and alignment to Awana’s worldwide mission.
