Leadership Training That Works

During the preschool years, children begin to build the foundations of their future character and spiritual concepts. Because leaders in our preschool club have the potential to influence boys and girls for eternity, they need training that will help them minister effectively to this unique age group. Awana equips Cubbies leaders for ministry through two important resources.

• A leader’s guide walks leaders step by step through a typical Cubbies meeting.
• A director’s guide contains basic information about running a club, an organizational planner and specialty resources for the director of a Cubbies club.

Leaders receive additional orientation from seasoned Awana veterans at the Leadership Training Conference in their area as well as from a qualified trainer.
