Bruce and Kim Clark
Bruce was born in Lethbridge, Alberta and after graduating from high school he worked as a truck driver. He moved to Edmonton a few years later, met Kim and they were married in 1996. Bruce began a career in sales while Kim worked as a banker. After the birth of their first child, Kim became a stay at home mom. They have lived in Edson for the past six years and were introduced to the Awana ministry when their oldest daughter, Nicole, was invited to go as a friend. After taking her to club at another church in town for a year, they realized this was a ministry that was needed. Two years ago they started a new club at their own local church where Bruce has served as commander, games director and a leader and Kim as secretary. They have also been active in the church with Bruce serving on the worship team, teaching Sunday school and as a deacon in training. Kim has also taught Sunday school and is currently serving her second term as a deaconess on the church board. They have three children, Nicole, Emily and James and are a home schooling family. Not being raised in a Christian home and being saved late in life has shown them how important it is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ. Bruce and Kim believe God has called them to be full time Awana missionaries and are looking forward to serving Him.
