Awana Camps
Awana Scholarship Camps across the country need counsellors as well as campers. If you work in your local club and are interested in spending a week of your summer helping to enrich the lives of Awana Clubbers – YOU QUALIFY!! Contact your local Awana Missionary for further information.
There are currently two Scholarship Camps (BC, and Prairies) and one Excellence Camp (Ontario). If you would like to find out about the camp opportunities in your area please use the contact link provided in the sidebar.
Scholarship Camp Qualifications
First Time Campers
- Completion of two handbooks to earn the Excellence Award or two years of Journey 24-7 (high school) achievements.
- Entering grade 6.
- Minimum age 11 by December 31st of the year they attend camp ( Prairies), minimum age 11 by first day of camp (British Columbia).
Returning Campers
- One handbook/manual in the current handbook progression.
Excellence Camp Qualifications
First Time Campers
- Entering grade 5.
- Completion of 2 Truth and Training handbooks to earn the Excellence Award.
