Canada – Scholarship Camp
Awana Scholarship Camp is a fun-packed week of exciting activities that can include a variety of waterfront activities such as water sports, swimming, canoeing and kayaking, field and court games, special evening activities, chapel and crafts. (As these can vary by location, please check your camp brochure for details.) Camp is also a great place to meet new friends and reconnect with old friends.
Awana Scholarship Camp is also a serious time of building upon the Scripture knowledge gained through Awana Clubs and Journey 24-7. Each camper participates in daily Bible classes and all campers are asked to complete a memory verse each day as part of their studies. Bonuses and special recognition are awarded to those who can review all memory verses in one sitting at the end of the camp week.
Eligibility
New Campers: To be eligible to attend, a first-time camper must meet the age requirements below and complete the work required for an Excellence Award (or above) by completing two (or more) age-appropriate books, in the Grade 3 through 12 materials, and must be entering Grade 6 or above in the school year immediately after camp.
