Q: What impact will this change have on my church?
A: There will be no changes to your existing Awana program. Your church will continue to be served by your Awana missionary and you will have access to the same programs and products that you have been using. Customer services and order fulfillment times will be improved as these orders will now be handled and shipped directly to you from the Awana international distribution center here in the USA. You will also have access to the Awana A.R.T resource site, on-line annual church registration renewal, and other enhanced web services.
Q: Will the Awana program and products change?
A: The Awana programs and products will be the same.
Q: Will product prices increase?
A: The prices for the products will be the same as the current prices. There will be no increase in prices for the new FY11 club year.
Q: Will my church have to pay more for shipping cost?
A: No. The shipping fees will be comparable to the existing shipping cost and be based only on the shipping cost within Canada.
Q: Will the annual church registration fee change?
A: The church registration fee for the upcoming FY11 club year is being waived.
Q: Will the Awana ministry agreement be changed?
A: No. The ministry agreement will not change.
Q: Will the Awana doctrinal statement change?
A: No. It remains the same.
