Registration Renewal

Register your church with AIC in two simple steps!

Note: the fee for ALL renewing churches for the 2011 club year, which starts September 2010, has been waived!

1. Gather the necessary information. You will need to have:

  • Senior pastor’s name, address and email;
  • The name. address and email of the person at the church responsible for paying the bills;
  • The name, address and email of the person who is or will be serving as the Awana Clubs Commander;
  • The estimated weekly club attendance for each of the clubs or programs you are running; and
  • The date and time the club or program will meet.

2. Then register your church by either:

  • Register Online – complete the registration form and agree to the ministry agreement online.
  • Download and fax the completed registration form and signed ministry agreement to (866) 244-3534
  • Download and mail the completed registration form and ministry signed agreement to Awana International Canada, 2430 King George Dr. Suite 101, Surrey, BC V4P1H5

Once the completed forms are received by Awana International Canada, your church will be registered with Awana. Your local Awana missionary will be informed of your registration. Need assistance or have questions? Call (877) 422-6292.
